free drinks calming atmosphere

My stay included free drinks and ice popsicles after the hot onsen. I really appreciated the free sake tasting and the yukatas were fun to wear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The private open air onsen provided a nice experience. I enjoyed the calming atmosphere.

Really good stay

free drinks sake tasting comfortable yukatas open-air onsen

The resort provided complimentary drinks and ice popsicles after hot onsen sessions. I appreciated the sake tasting opportunity that was available. The yukatas were quite pretty and comfortable to wear. I was happy to use the beautiful private open-air onsen..

The staff at the front desk could have been a bit more fluent in English, which caused some minor communication issues.

awesome stay!

i really like this hotel. the free coffee and beer were a super nice touch. the onsen in my room was something else, it.

one thing i did not love was the dinner timings. i felt a little rushed with the early seating, but i survived.

the public spa was well maintained.

i found the staff gave minimal attention and did not explain how to perform the shabu shabu dinner despite using a translator i had a stomach ache afterwards the dinner course was too much and they offered no alternatives for my pregnant wife.
